Offering peace and tranquility, our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa with private heated pool, is built to very high specifications which can only be described as luxurious and is situated in the Rotonda Circle, Englewood close to Port Charlotte on the Cape Haze Peninsula .

The villa is fully equipped and the interior has been designed and furnished to a high standard. All linen and towels are included except for beach towels. The accommodation comprises of: -

•  Large open plan Living Room /Dining Room with cathedral ceilings. Sound system. Patio doors leading to lanai and pool area.
•  Family/Florida room with large TV / DVD. Sectional double sofa bed. Patio doors leading to lanai and pool area.
•  Fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher/cooker/microwave/fridge-freezer with icemaker. Serving hatch to pool for those relaxing pool time snacks. Breakfast bar with stools.
•  Large master bedroom (King size bed) En suite bathroom with double sinks and roman walk-in shower. Walk-in-wardrobe/dressing room and TV. Patio doors opening fully onto lanai and pool area.
•  Second bedroom (Queen size bed). Fitted wardrobes and TV.
•  Third bedroom (double bed with single bunk above). Fitted wardrobes and TV/DVD.
•  Family bathroom with bath/shower/wc/sink and door to lanai and pool area.
•  Fully equipped laundry room - washing machine /tumble dryer and deep sink.
•  Large two car garage with fully automated remote control door. Four bikes, beach equipment and a set of golf clubs.
•  Large 28 foot x 17.5-foot luxury tiled pool. The pool is west facing for those relaxing afternoons after a busy morning on the beach!!! The pool deck is fully furnished with cooling ceiling fan, four sun loungers, two tables, chairs and a large gas barbeque. The pool and pool deck area are fully enclosed by a mesh screen (lanai), this ensures that the bugs are kept out. The pool has solar heating but additional electric heating is also available for the winter months (small charge payable at time of booking).
